To be eligible for exchanges and/or returns, the product(s) must be unused and in the original condition in which they were received.

Please allow 14 business days to process returns.
If your item(s) arrived damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and all damaged product(s); we cannot process your return without these.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order (all orders shipped are tracked), to let us know your items arrived damaged. Pictures, order number and tracking information must be included. Please do NOT send your product(s) back until you receive our confirmation in response to your email.
You will then receive confirmation from us. Keep receipts for your records and send back the merchandise (include the tracking information, required for us to process your transaction); please send products in their original packaging. Ship with an insured courier: UPS, Fed Ex or USPS.
Please allow 14 business days once we have received the shipment back.
